???? Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Excellence - COE - Process Architect to join the Resale team at Accenture. In this role, you will drive Accenture's resale strategy, specifically focusing on the MMS platform. You will work with offering leads and advisors to ensure industry best practices are followed, and the process is managed efficiently.

????️ Roles & Responsibilities

As a member of the Center of Excellence (COE) Resale team, you will:

Focus on enhancing global technology resale capability by improving resale in MMS, quoting in MMS via CPQ, and UAT Testing
Drive Accenture’s resale strategy in MMS, ensuring alignment with market potential and industry best practices
Manage and optimize the quoting process within MMS using CPQ, streamlining operations to improve accuracy and efficiency
Equip Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams with solutions to meet their sales reporting needs
Act as the global offering expert, responsible for developing and managing the processes to execute the Resale offering
Collaborate closely with Offering Leads & Advisors to align on the Why & What while focusing on the How
Support sourcing partners and clients in determining business solutions and completing the procurement process
Manage a pipeline of resale opportunities, providing customized information, reports, and other support as needed

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent
3+ years of experience in a similar industry (technology, sales, or business process management)
Fluency in English (both oral and written)
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and balance multiple stakeholders across functions and teams
Passion for technology and innovation
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
