Roles & Responsibilities:

The Center of Excellence (COE) plays a pivotal role in enabling Sales Excellence within Accenture. As a member of the COE Resale team, your focus will be on developing processes to meet sales reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Offering Expert: Responsible for the global resale offering, developing and managing processes for executing the resale offering. Work closely with Offering Leads & Advisors to align on strategy and execution.
Resale in MMS: Focus on enhancing resale capability in MMS, driving strategy and ensuring alignment with best industry practices.
Quoting in MMS via CPQ: Manage the quoting process within MMS using CPQ (Configure Price Quote), aiming to improve efficiency and accuracy in sales operations.
UAT Testing: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure the resale and quoting processes are optimized.
Business Solutions: Support sourcing partners and clients in determining business solutions, managing the procurement process.
Process Optimization: Develop a strong understanding of the resale business process, ensuring it is effectively communicated to clients and internal teams.
Sales Reporting: Provide customized reports or information to clients as needed and manage the pipeline of resale opportunities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in a similar industry.
Fluency in English (oral and written).
Proven ability to manage complex programs in demanding environments.
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, across different functions.
Passion for technology and innovation.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
