Vivanda Gourmet is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. In this role, you will assist with order processing, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery to clients. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of the gourmet cheese business and contribute to a growing brand.
✔ Order Processing – Assist in processing and verifying orders.
✔ Coordination – Work with logistics, accounts, and internal teams for smooth fulfillment.
✔ Tracking & Issue Resolution – Monitor deliveries and address any concerns promptly.
✔ Sales Documentation – Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
✔ Customer Support – Assist the sales team in administrative tasks and communications.
✔ Relationship Building – Maintain strong customer relationships and handle complaints efficiently.
✔ Industry Knowledge – Gain insights into the gourmet cheese business to support sales efforts.
✔ Education – Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts & Sciences (Preferred).
✔ Experience – 1-2 years in sales coordination or a related field.
✔ Technical Skills – Basic proficiency in Excel & MS Office.
✔ Soft Skills – Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
✔ Languages – English (Required), Hindi (Required), Marathi (Preferred).
✔ Location – Mulund, Mumbai (Preferred).
