Graduate (10+2+3) or Post Graduate or equivalent.

Agent/IM Supervision:
Oversee and control the agents or IMs under your hierarchy, guiding them in their life insurance business operations.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the quality of the life insurance policies sourced by your agents/IMs.
Responsibility for Actions:
Be vicariously responsible for all actions of your agents, including omissions and commissions.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a Sales Development role (life insurance industry or any other sales role).
Local Candidates Preferred: Candidates familiar with the local market are highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Recruitment and Management:
Identify, recruit, and manage agents/advisors for the life insurance business.
Training & Motivation:
Train and motivate agents to improve their product knowledge and market understanding.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor agents' performance and help them achieve business targets by enhancing customer relationships.
Customer Interaction:
Meet existing customers regularly to ensure that service standards are met.
Sales Strategy Execution:
Implement sales strategies to increase market penetration through segmentation and seek new customers to drive sales.
