Job Title: Store Sales Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Kritikala is a sustainable fashion and accessories brand specializing in garments for men, women, and children, as well as bags and home décor items. Our products are crafted in-house using local textiles such as kalamkari, mangalgiri cotton, and ikat cotton, with additional hand embroidery by skilled artisans.
We operate a store in Shaikpet, and we are seeking an experienced Store Sales Executive to boost in-store sales, manage inventory, and enhance product displays.
1. Store Display Management
Ensure proper placement of all products.
Maintain correct labeling (size, price, and product name) on all items.
Ensure folding/ironing standards are maintained.
Regularly update displays to highlight new products and monthly sales plans.
2. Increase Customer Footfall
Build relationships with existing customers through SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.
Execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing strategies to attract new customers.
Manage in-store sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
3. Inventory Management
Receive and inspect new stock from production, conduct quality checks, and manage labeling.
Track sales and dispatches (including consignments and samples).
Create and maintain a monthly stock report, including:
Physical stock verification.
Sales updates.
Production tracking.
Error review and correction.
4. Exhibition Sales
Oversee Kritikala product sales at exhibitions within and outside Hyderabad.
Manage the transportation of goods for events.
Meet and exceed sales targets during exhibitions.
5. Digital Marketing & Online Sales Support
Pack and ship eCommerce orders promptly.
Keep the Point-of-Sale (PoS) inventory system updated.
Education: Graduate from any field (preferably fashion-related).
Languages: Ability to speak and write in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience.
Proficiency in billing and inventory management software.
Experience in eCommerce operations is a plus.
Competitive Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
Commission Pay for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
