Job Summary

Ministry of Skin, a leading dermatological clinic in Bangalore, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, conversion, and customer service. This role requires exceptional communication skills, proficiency in English, and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting. Knowledge of Kannada is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

✔ Conduct cold calls to prospective clients based on provided leads.
✔ Identify potential clients and generate interest in the Ministry of Skin's services.

Client Engagement

✔ Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
✔ Explain the clinic’s services, treatments, and procedures to potential clients.
✔ Build rapport with clients and address their concerns effectively.

Conversion

✔ Convert cold calls and inquiries into scheduled appointments and walk-ins.
✔ Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and maintain a high conversion rate.

Administrative Duties

✔ Update client details, appointments, and interactions accurately in the CRM/database.
✔ Ensure all client information is kept confidential and secure.

Customer Service

✔ Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
✔ Handle client complaints or issues professionally and in a timely manner.

Social Media & Email Management

✔ Respond to all social media messages and comments professionally.
✔ Engage with followers to create a positive online presence.
✔ Manage and respond to client emails in a timely and courteous manner.

Client Relationship Management

✔ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and foster new connections.
✔ Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

What We Are Looking For

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
✔ Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
✔ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with top-notch proficiency in English.
✔ Knowledge of Kannada is an advantage.
✔ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle clients professionally and empathetically.
✔ Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
