We are looking for someone who is passionate about life sciences and technology to join our Sales Team. As a trusted partner to Indian Pharma and CDMO companies, your role will focus on Quality as an area of expertise, leveraging the Veeva Vault Life Sciences Industry Cloud Platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth of the life sciences industry both in India and globally.
Expert Advisory: Act as an expert, helping customers apply software, data, and consulting to achieve their strategic business priorities.
Revenue Growth: Create and grow overall revenue across multiple Indian Pharma, CDMO, and CRO accounts, with a focus on Quality.
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain trusted, substance-rich relationships with C-level executives.
Sales Cycle Management: Be responsible for controlling and predicting the full sales cycle, including nuances involved in each stage.
Resource Coordination: Lead and coordinate all Veeva resources associated with your accounts.
Analytics and Benchmarking: Deliver analytics around progress, maturity, and value to customers.
Marketing Activities: Execute go-to-market activities such as Events, Webinars, and Roundtables in your assigned territories and accounts.
Experience: 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience, with 5+ years in the life sciences industry selling Quality and Manufacturing software and consulting services.
Sales and Account Management: 4+ years in global or domestic life sciences informatics product or consulting company sales and key account management roles.
SaaS and Cloud Experience: 2+ years of experience in SaaS and Cloud software sales in life sciences.
Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in departments such as Quality, Manufacturing, IT, Digital, Finance, and Procurement.
Territory Knowledge: Successful experience selling in the same territory (India).
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi is required; familiarity with regional languages is a plus.
Executive Presence: Ability to build strong executive relationships.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect strategy to operations and think critically.
Ownership: Demonstrates responsibility for territory and growth.
Team Player: Contribute to team goals while collaborating effectively.
