Job Title: Academic Advisor
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Contractual / Temporary
Location: Agartala, Tripura
Pay: ₹1,00,000.00 per month
Shift and Schedule: Fixed shift
Supplemental Pay:
Commission pay

As an Academic Advisor, you will:
Represent Aakash Institute in your native town (Khowai, Dharmanagar, Belonia, Kailasahar, Tripura)
Generate leads and manage the sales process in your area
Conduct house visits to engage with prospective students and guardians
Organize seminars in coordination with the Agartala Main Centre
Guide students and guardians on academic queries and options
Report on activities and student conversions
Focus on driving conversions for student enrollments and achieving sales targets
Probation period (6 months):
Rs. 2000 per month as DA/TA
Eligible for incentives based on student conversions
Post-Probation: ₹100,000 per month
Education:
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of total work experience (preferred)
Language:
Bengali (preferred)
Work Location: In-person (local candidates from Khowai, Dharmanagar, Belonia, Kailasahar, Tripura are preferred)
