???? Role Overview

You will manage a portfolio of retail customers, including retailers, independent & branded workshops, and coordinate sales activities through authorized distributors and resellers in your assigned territory. This role requires regular travel across various locations and cities in India to develop your skills across different markets.


???? Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales & Marketing Implementation:

    • Implement assigned marketing programs and promotions through distributors and authorized resellers.

    • Conduct periodic business reviews with distributors and authorized resellers to identify areas for improvement.

  • Market Monitoring & Strategy:

    • Track distribution, market share, and take steps to meet growth objectives.

    • Monitor market conditions, emerging trends, and provide feedback to enhance marketing offers.

  • Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with authorized distributors, resellers, and their key customers.

  • Customer Support:

    • Manage and address customer inquiries, disputes, claims, and complaints with the support of cross-functional teams.

  • Training & Coaching:

    • Train and coach distributors and their sales staff to ensure they meet sales objectives and uphold brand standards.


???? Requirements

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or Commerce from a recognized university (with a CGPA of 7 and above).

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years and maximum 10 years of experience in B2C/Retail Sales in industries like Automotive, FMCG, Paints, or similar trades.

    • Ability to analyze business performance and identify areas of improvement.

  • Skills:

    • Strong oral and written communication skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    • Ability to travel regularly across various locations.

  • Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

    • MBA in Marketing and/or an engineering background is preferred.

    • A highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
