Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Assist the sales team in generating leads and following up on potential customers.
Customer Interaction: Manage customer communications via phone and email, addressing queries and providing relevant information.
Sales Orders: Process sales orders accurately and maintain proper records of customer transactions.
Product Information: Provide detailed product information to customers and resolve any issues or questions.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Requirements

Education: Minimum qualification of 12th pass.
Language: Fluency in Hindi is required.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent Work: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Technical Requirements: A reliable internet connection and necessary equipment for remote work.
Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply. 1-year direct sales experience is preferred but not required.
