As a Sales Associate – Immigration Consulting, you will be an essential part of our team, helping potential clients navigate the immigration process. This role involves converting leads into clients by offering suitable immigration solutions. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, providing relevant advice, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth process.
Engage with prospective clients through inbound and outbound leads
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate immigration programs (e.g., PR, work, study, etc.)
Deliver compelling sales pitches and follow up consistently to ensure conversions
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly
Coordinate with internal legal and processing teams for client onboarding
Stay informed on the latest immigration policies, country-specific requirements, and program changes
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in immigration, education consultancy, or financial services
Excellent communication and persuasive skills
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving attitude
Ability to manage targets and work under pressure
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
Work with a well-established brand with over 30 years of experience
