About the Role

Pulsus Healthtech LLP is seeking a Review Process & Verification Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for manuscript processing, editorial coordination, and peer review management. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage scientific content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Editorial Coordination & Communication

Communicate and build relationships with renowned scientists via email and other modes.
Assist Editorial Board members in assigning reviewers for manuscript submissions.
Identify and recruit new editorial board members and reviewers.

✅ Manuscript Processing & Peer Review Management

Ensure a smooth and timely manuscript workflow, from submission to galley proof generation.
Edit and proofread manuscripts during the production stage.
Maintain uniformity in issue releases and manage relevant editorial data.
Verify review comments for Web of Science and propose innovative ideas for journal improvement.

✅ Data Management & Reporting

Collect and manage a database of editors, reviewers, and authors.
Communicate regularly with team leaders regarding due dates, issue release schedules, and other important tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

???? Education & Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Science, Pharma, Biotechnology, or related fields.
✔ Strong ability to analyze and research scientific information.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
✔ Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle complex information clearly and simply.

???? Preferred Qualifications
✔ UG: B. Pharma, B.Tech/B.E. (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical, Environmental)
✔ PG: M.Tech (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical), M. Pharma, Microbiology, or other Life Sciences disciplines.
