Role: Research & Sustainability Analyst

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and data-driven analyst to research key sustainability trends, ESG policies, and market opportunities. You will support the business development team with research-based insights and competitive analysis.

Key Responsibilities

???? Research & Analysis:
✔ Conduct in-depth research on ESG policies, regulations, and market trends
✔ Review scientific papers on sustainability & climate change
✔ Analyze customer segments and identify market opportunities

???? Data Collection & Insights:
✔ Collect and interpret primary & secondary data
✔ Use specialized data analysis tools for insights
✔ Support research articles with data-driven arguments & reports

???? Market Research & Business Development:
✔ Assess Product Market Fit for our climate tech & ESG products
✔ Study competitors' strategies, pricing & product offerings
✔ Provide strategic insights for business decision-making

???? Documentation & Presentation:
✔ Create structured research reports & presentations
✔ Maintain organized research records
✔ Work closely with team members on ESG methodologies

Requirements

✅ Strong understanding of ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, GHG Protocol, SBTi)
✅ Knowledge of Indian & global ESG markets
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel & data analysis
✅ Excellent writing & communication skills
✅ Experience in research proposals (preferred)
✅ Self-motivated, analytical thinker & eager to learn
