???? Role Overview:

The Reporting Analyst plays a key role in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights to support business decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and actionably.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Reports Digitalization & Automation:

Design & Develop Applications: Create custom applications using Power Apps to meet business requirements.
Integration: Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 services and create automation solutions using Power Automate.
Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
DAX Measures: Create complex DAX measures to support data analysis.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on Power Apps and Power BI functionalities.
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues related to Power Apps applications and integrations.
Documentation: Document application development processes, including design specifications and user guides.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest features and best practices in Power Platform technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

Prior Experience in application development with a focus on Microsoft Power Apps.
Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, AI, and other related tools.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications (PPT, Excel, including VBA/Macros).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Background in Finance & Accounting and reporting.
