Our dynamic team of professionals is committed to maintaining the highest standards in academic publishing, combining tradition with innovation through print, eBook, and Open Access formats.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Executive to maintain and enforce quality standards across all our publishing projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and academic integrity throughout the production process.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough checks on content, layout, typesetting, and proofs
Standardization: Develop and maintain guidelines for style, formatting, and citations
Collaboration: Work closely with editorial and production teams to resolve issues
Process Improvement: Identify areas to enhance quality workflows and implement best practices
Feedback & Training: Provide constructive feedback and assist in training sessions
Bachelor's degree (preferred fields: English, Quality Management, Publishing)
2–4 years of experience in proofreading or quality control (preferably in academic publishing)
Strong command of English; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus
High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Proactive, analytical, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Fully remote work environment
