About the Team

The Channel Management team at JumpCloud is focused on growing the channel business by working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value Added Resellers (VARs), and Distributors. Responsibilities include acquiring new partners, supporting enablement teams, managing relationships with channel partners, and aligning on joint growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

Understand JumpCloud: Learn about the company's objectives, business model, and growth areas.
Project Ownership: Own specific tasks to help drive the channel management program forward.
Analyze Processes: Conduct analyses of existing processes, tools, or data sets to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities.
Communicate Findings: Clearly communicate findings and outcomes with program stakeholders.
Set Timelines: Define and communicate project timelines and milestones.
Risk Management: Identify risks and create mitigation strategies.
Follow-Up: Ensure proactive follow-up with stakeholders on key tasks and deliverables.
Build Relationships: Form strong connections with stakeholders across the organization, providing insights and structure to discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Exceptional organizational and business partnering skills.
Analytical and inquisitive mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing SaaS environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of channel management dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a business or analytics role.
Experience in project/program management (a differentiator).
Data analytics qualifications (a differentiator).
Experience in SaaS and/or high-growth tech companies (a differentiator).
Prior experience in working with the channel.

Location

This role is remote within India. You must be located in and authorized to work in India to be considered for this role.
