About the Team:

The Channel Management team at JumpCloud is responsible for managing and growing our channel business. This involves working closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value Added Resellers (VARs), and Distributors. The team is focused on acquiring new partners, educating them on JumpCloud’s offerings, and supporting them in positioning and supporting the product.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand JumpCloud's Business Model:
- Build an understanding of JumpCloud's goals, business model, and growth areas.
Manage Projects for Channel Management:
- Own and drive project tasks within the channel management program, ensuring smooth execution.
Conduct Data Analysis:
- Analyze existing processes, tools, and data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth.
Communicate Project Findings:
- Formulate clear and concise findings and outcomes of projects for stakeholders.
Set and Manage Timelines:
- Set and communicate clear timelines and milestones for project progress.
Identify and Mitigate Risks:
- Recognize risks and build strategies for their mitigation.
Stakeholder Management:
- Actively follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks and deliverables are on track, building strong relationships across teams.

Exceptional organizational and business partnering skills to foster collaboration.
Strong analytical mindset, with a keen ability to identify trends and inefficiencies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, rapidly growing SaaS business.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively relay findings.
Understanding of channel management practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in a business or analytics role.
Experience in project/program management is a differentiator.
Data analytics qualifications are a plus.
Experience in SaaS and/or high-growth tech company environments is advantageous.
Prior experience in channel management is a differentiator.

Work Location:

This role is remote within India. You must be based in and authorized to work in India to be considered for this role.
