About the Role

The Global Business Integration & Transformation (GBIT) – CFN team provides support to the Customer Fulfillment Network (CFN), a 1,500+ people-strong organization within Global Consumer Servicing and Fulfillment (GCSF).

CFN offers a wide range of services to Customers, Merchants, and Commercial Clients across 15 delivery hubs in 12 different languages and 24 markets, fulfilling over 10 million customer requests annually.

The role requires integrating business changes into CFN operations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with market regulations, policies, audit requirements, and the overall compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities

???? Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and facilitate team collaboration and problem-solving.
???? Business Change Integration: Work with business representatives to launch new products/clients or modify existing services with smooth change management.
???? Risk & Control Compliance: Anticipate and address control requirements within CFN processes.
???? Audit & Regulatory Support: Act as a point of contact for internal (IAG) and external (PwC) audits, as well as regulatory/bank examinations.
???? Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project timelines, key milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
???? Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams to develop and implement business requirements for technology solutions.
???? Leadership & Strategy: Lead critical initiatives, provide insights for leadership updates, and drive CFN’s operational strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Strong process knowledge of CFN operations.
✅ Proven project management skills with experience in leading projects end-to-end (E2E).
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
✅ Experience in audits, risk events, or regulatory exams preferred.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of the organization.
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
