About the Role

This position is part of Global Business Integration & Transformation – CFN (GBIT), supporting the Customer Fulfilment Network (CFN) within Global Consumer Servicing and Fulfillment (GCSF).

CFN is a global servicing organization with 1,500+ employees, offering a wide range of services to customers, merchants, and commercial clients. Operating across 15 delivery hubs, CFN serves 24 markets in 12 languages, fulfilling approximately 10 million customer requests annually.

CFN plays a key role in streamlining processes, enabling digital fulfillment, and ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and audit requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for integrating business changes into CFN and developing associated controls to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and facilitate team collaboration and problem-solving.
Provide regular project updates (timelines, breakthroughs, risks, and performance metrics) to stakeholders.
Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and deliver business requirements for technology solutions.
Act as the primary contact for internal IAG audits, external PwC audits, and regulatory/bank exams.
Lead critical initiatives and leadership updates.
Collaborate with business representatives to drive Global Business Integration (GBI) initiatives, including the launch of new products/clients and updates to existing services.
Ensure seamless change management, including updates to critical policies and procedures.
Proactively anticipate control requirements and address them effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong process knowledge of CFN operations.
Proven project management skills, with prior experience leading end-to-end projects.
Ability to handle multiple priorities with effective project management and work allocation.
Experience in supporting audits, exams, and risk events (preferred).
Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills across multiple levels.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Flexibility to work in a 24-hour environment.
