About the Role:

OSTTRA India is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Technology team. The team is composed of Capital Markets Technology professionals who support high-performance applications and leverage cloud-based architectures and microservices.
Impact: You will be contributing to high-performance platforms that process over 100 million messages a day, playing a vital role in the automated trade processing of global capital markets.
Role Focus: Initially, you will focus on the legacy MarkitSERV TradeSTP product, but your role will expand to other products over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design Accountabilities:

Escalate to the business strategy/product team if product or service enhancements are needed.
Create message transformation specifications for inbound and outbound messages.
Participate in gathering product enhancement requests from clients and professional services teams.
Collaborate with the Customer Success/Relationship Management team to gather client requirements for new services or enhancements.
Work with teams from MarkitSERV, DealHub, and Traiana to determine the best solutions for new message flows.

What We’re Looking For:

Domain Knowledge:

High-level understanding of financial markets workflows.
Experience working with external customers.
Desire to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to handle multiple workstreams and be adaptable to different scenarios.
Familiarity with OSTTRA services (preferred).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Excel, Visio.
Understanding of XSLT, XML, and FIX protocol.
Experience with Jira and PSA systems like Kimble or Monday.com.
