Opportunity Overview

We are currently seeking a Production Analyst to join our Customer Success team. This role involves processing and quality-checking medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards. The position requires working from Monday to Friday, during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

???? Process and QA electronic medical record requests securely.
✅ Ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITECH Act requirements.
????️ Maintain accurate client notes and system instructions.
???? Research and resolve customer issues promptly.
???? Monitor and manage communications (email, chat, online ticket portal).
???? Communicate issue resolutions and escalate problems as needed.
???? Assist with customer support ticket escalations.
???? Provide accurate reporting and follow operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

???? Experience:
- EMR/EHR Systems: 3 years (Preferred)
- Medical Records Processing: 3 years (Required)
- Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Total Work Experience: 4 years (Preferred)
???? Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with EMR systems (AthenaHealth, Epic, Cerner, Greenway, etc.)
- Strong computer and data management skills
???? Key Competencies:
- Detail-Oriented: Ensure accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Customer-Focused: Practice empathy, patience, and problem-solving.
- Communication Skills: Follow and deliver verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Responsible & Punctual: Maintain schedule consistency during working hours (8 am-6 pm EST).
