Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration Across Teams

    • Work with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to drive execution and delivery of top-tier products.
    • Collaborate with strong partners to translate customer needs into functional technology solutions that are scalable.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution

    • Define business goals and opportunities, and develop product roadmaps to achieve them.
    • Lead the implementation of products from inception to delivery, ensuring successful deployment.
    • Use data and judgment to help define the strategy and create clear product roadmaps.
    • Anticipate delivery challenges and manage trade-offs effectively.
    • Build relationships and make transparent decisions with diverse teams.

Candidate Profile

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or Master's in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in software product management, ideally in B2B.
    • Experience working with technology teams on Java and XML-based applications in a cloud environment.
    • Carrier industry experience working with a GDS, airline, content aggregator, online travel service, or similar is a plus.
    • Familiar with Agile practices and frameworks.
  • Skills and Attributes:

    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to deliver products successfully.
    • Excellent communication skills to work with senior partners, technical and non-technical teams.
    • Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in the travel management industry is desirable.
    • Business-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on strategic thinking.
    • Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
    • Fluent in English.
