???? Job Summary

As a Team Lead in the Performance Analysis team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering insights and managing performance data. You'll be responsible for calculating and attributing performance across a product range while ensuring data quality, timely reporting, and system enhancements. This role sits at the intersection of investment performance, technology, and strategic advisory in a fast-paced, analytical environment.


????️ Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by analyzing and communicating performance and attribution insights

  • Build and maintain relationships across teams including Client Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Client Reporting, and Middle Office

  • Calculate performance returns and performance attribution across product portfolios with accuracy and timeliness

  • Monitor and improve data quality, resolve exceptions, and reconcile discrepancies from multiple data sources

  • Develop attribution commentary and insights for portfolios spanning long/short duration, emerging markets, and high-yield strategies

  • Actively participate in system upgrades and technology improvements, including testing and requirement gathering

  • Maintain and refine quality control and risk management procedures

  • Lead or contribute to projects focused on enhancing performance systems and best practices

  • Interpret results and communicate findings to senior leadership and client teams

  • Stay updated and contribute to discussions around GIPS compliance and industry trends


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance measurement or related field

  • Strong knowledge of portfolio accounting, performance attribution methodologies, and financial markets

  • Excellent quantitative skills, strong command over formulas, risk measures, and performance analytics

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and client service skills, with the ability to explain complex data to diverse stakeholders

  • Ability to manage independent assignments and collaborate across global teams

  • Passion for the investment industry and eagerness to drive results

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint


???? Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline

  • CIPM/CFA designation or current candidacy is a plus

  • Experience with GIPS standards and portfolio management systems is desirable

  • Background in Asset Management and Wealth Management industry
