About the Role

We are seeking policy analysts with in-depth knowledge of South Asia to work on both individual and group research projects. This role involves conducting high-quality research, engaging with policymakers, and providing expert insights on political events, trends, and policies. The ideal candidate is passionate about political analysis and staying updated with national and international developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze political events, policies, and issues.
  • Produce in-depth reports, articles, and forecasts based on political trends.
  • Stay informed about political publications and media to gather relevant data.
  • Engage with academic communities, policymakers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, International Relations, or a related field, or relevant industry experience.
  • Fluent in English and native proficiency in a South Asian language.
  • Strong understanding of South Asia’s political and cultural landscape.
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience with political parties, policy communities, or international organizations is a plus.
