Job Responsibilities

???? Payroll Execution & Processing

Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Handle payroll planning and distribution, ensuring employees receive payments through designated channels (banks, electronic transfers, etc.).

???? Data Management & Reconciliation

Maintain ELM Data (Employee Lifecycle Management).
Perform monthly payroll reconciliation using Excel.
Address queries related to provident fund, mediclaim policies, and employee exits.

???? Compliance & Problem-Solving

Adhere to payroll policies and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
Manage payroll queries for new joinees, resignations, retirements, and contract closures.

Candidate Requirements

✅ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
✅ Experience: 3 - 5 years of Payroll Processing (US, UK, or International Payroll preferred)
✅ Skills Required:

Strong Excel skills (Reconciliation, Data Analysis)
Knowledge of Payroll Planning and Distribution
Problem-solving and attention to detail
Ability to handle employee payroll inquiries
Good communication and team collaboration skills
