Role Summary:

As a People Analytics Specialist, you will play a vital role in enabling informed decision-making through data analytics and insights. This role partners closely with leadership and CoEs to deliver meaningful analytics across our people data landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with PC&C teams and CoE VPs to align analytical initiatives with business goals.
Business Acumen:
Understand business requirements and act as a trusted advisor, working cross-functionally with teams such as Finance.
Advanced Data Analytics:
Perform complex analytics and create products, dashboards, and employee listening environments using tools like Excel and HR systems.
Organizational Design & Workforce Planning:
Support business transformation using platforms like OrgVue for org design and workforce planning.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional PC&C partners to ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot technical/process-related issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:
Degree or professional qualification in HR, Business Studies, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a similar role within large, global organizations with demonstrated success in delivering actionable data insights.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in data analytics and HR data processes.
Experience with HR metrics such as attrition, DE&I, employee cost, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, advanced functions).
Hands-on experience with HR systems (preferably Workday).
Experience merging multiple data sources to generate insights.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn.
Ability to explain technical information in a business-friendly way.
Uphold strong confidentiality and data privacy practices.
