Position: Order Processing Analyst
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
As an Order Processing Analyst at Rexera, you will be responsible for researching real estate properties, validating order and sales contract details, and ensuring data accuracy in CRM systems. This role involves end-to-end operational support throughout the order lifecycle, consolidating critical data, and maintaining key databases while adhering to deadlines and managing high-priority tasks.
Conduct research on real estate properties and engage with property managers, vendors, HOAs, and internal teams.
Review and validate order and sales contract details (e.g., order forms, agreements, POs, approvals) for completeness and compliance with SLAs and booking policies.
Ensure data accuracy for orders and client information within CRM and workflow systems.
Provide operational support to sales and cross-functional teams throughout the order lifecycle.
Collect and consolidate HOA data through online research and direct communication.
Maintain and organize databases, ensuring seamless data management.
Meet monthly performance targets and process time-sensitive orders efficiently.
Handle international client communication through calls and ensure successful order completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of CRM and workflow systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling.
Customer service orientation with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Ability to manage client relationships and resolve concerns effectively.
Strong negotiation skills to achieve positive outcomes.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and assess critical data points.
Prior experience in real estate, finance, or title companies is preferred.
Must have a WiFi-enabled laptop.
Comfortable working night shifts (US shift).
