Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day shift | Weekend availability
???? Scan and manage billing documentation for all shipments
???? Distribute completed batches to the relevant departments
???? Review and compare billing documents with shipment information in the AS400 system
???? Mark and release billing documents for invoicing
???? Process Proof of Delivery (PODs), ensuring they are indexed every hour
???? Break down Forward Air billing and POD documents received from stations (e.g., pros, air cargo transfer manifests, airway bills)
???? Monitor airbills and accessorial charges
???? Download and process invoices for specific customers
???? Sort and organize billing documents
⏰ Availability for variable shifts and weekends
???? Perform any other duties as assigned
✅ Proven ability to complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner
???? Excellent customer service and professional etiquette
???? Strong relationship-building skills with employees and managers
