???? About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our busy operations team. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, customs clearances, and customer calls from the UK and Ireland.

???? Key Responsibilities

Assist with administrative tasks for the operations team.
Use the Thyme-it system to complete customs clearances for the UK & Ireland.
Conduct declaration due diligence checks using the EU Tarik database.
Identify and design process improvements.
Store documents, generate reports, and update files.
Handle customer calls from the UK & Ireland.
Collaborate with shipping, logistics, and government agencies to ensure compliance.

✅ Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to handle international clients (UK & Ireland).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure in live operations.
Undergraduate degree preferred.
Willing to work from our Gurugram office when required.
