Mission

The Operations Analyst will be a key player in Sleek's FinTech operations, helping to ensure product management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of the Sleek Business Account (SBA). This role combines operational insight with independent problem-solving, all while maintaining a customer-centric approach to build a best-in-class financial service experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Independent Operations Management: Manage assigned tasks and projects independently with minimal supervision across FinTech operations.

  • Documentation & Tracking: Document and track product requirements, customer feedback, defects, and project actions. Maintain internal project management tools (e.g., RAID logs).

  • Reporting: Deliver weekly reports on customer onboarding, transactions, revenues, and monthly active users (MAUs).

  • Issue Identification & Resolution: Identify operational issues and product defects, propose solutions, and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.

  • Transactional Reconciliation: Support reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and consistency between banking data and Sleek’s internal records.

  • Ownership of Operations & Projects: Gradually take ownership of more complex operational and project management tasks to drive continuous improvement across SBA.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Consulting.

  • Knowledge of B2B payments, FinTech, or financial operations is a strong advantage.

  • Prior experience in a client-facing role is preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships internally and externally.

  • Hands-on experience in financial operations, including payments, reconciliation, and data analysis.

  • Exposure to project management or Agile environments, including requirements documentation and sprint cadences.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze large datasets and present findings clearly using Excel or Google Sheets.

  1. Introductory Call & Career Overview: A 30-minute video call with HR to discuss your application and career background.

  2. Hiring Manager Interview: A 45-minute interview to assess your technical skills and experience.

  3. Stakeholder Interview: A meeting with the Operations team to evaluate your project management experience and teamwork.

  4. Behavioral Fit Assessment: A 30-minute discussion with HR or leadership to assess cultural and behavioral alignment.

  5. Reference Checks & O&A Session: Brief reference checks followed by a final meeting with the COO.
