About the Role: Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analyst, you will support day-to-day credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment processes. Working closely with your team lead, you will ensure smooth operational workflows and collaborate across teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

???? Credentialing & Licensing:
✔ Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the U.S.
✔ Complete and submit provider credential, licensure, and payor enrollment applications on behalf of customers.
✔ Validate and authenticate provider data for 100% accuracy in the credentialing and licensing platform.

???? Client Interaction & Documentation:
✔ Communicate with providers and clients via email to gather additional required information.
✔ Summarize research findings and draft clear, concise guidelines for Certify customers.
✔ Assist in monitoring new client implementation projects as needed.
✔ Support other ad hoc projects as required.

Required Qualifications

✅ Fluent in English (written & spoken)
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
✅ Strong research skills (ability to conduct large-scale research via Google)
✅ Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google applications
✅ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
✅ Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
