???? About the Role:

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in processing provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollment applications. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations and 100% accuracy in provider data management.

???? Key Responsibilities:

✔ Research, interpret, and evaluate information related to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the U.S.
✔ Complete credentialing, licensure, and payor enrollment applications for providers.
✔ Validate and authenticate provider data to ensure 100% accuracy.
✔ Interact with providers and clients via email to request additional information.
✔ Assist with new client onboarding and implementation projects.
✔ Summarize research findings and draft guideline documents for customers.
✔ Support ad hoc projects as needed.

???? Requirements:

✔ Fluent in English (written and verbal).
✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
✔ Strong Google research skills to handle large volumes of data.
✔ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google applications.
✔ Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
