Experience Required:

  • 0 to 5 years in Sales or Marketing (Freshers are welcome)

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum: 12th Pass

  • Preferred: Graduate or Professional Degree

  • Two-Wheeler: Mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and train insurance agents

  • Build, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team

  • Assist Relationship Manager in expanding the partner network

  • Oversee sales process from app download to training and follow-up

  • Collaborate with Marketing team for sales initiatives

  • Prepare monthly sales budgets and forecasts

  • Resolve customer service issues and maintain client satisfaction
