FloatingChip Internet Technologies is looking for an Online Sales Executive to handle inbound chat and voice support (80% chat, 20% voice). This is not a call center job but an online service-providing role in the education sector.
???? Age Requirement: 18 to 40 years
???? Work Location: Kolkata-700054, Kankurgachi, P 132 CIT Road
✔ Interact with foreign clients via chat and voice calls.
✔ Maintain a typing speed of 28-30 WPM for efficient chat support.
✔ Handle customer inquiries, sales queries, and service-related interactions.
✔ Work in a blended process (primarily chat with some voice calls).
✔ Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets effectively.
✔ Adapt to rotating shift timings:

✔ 6 weekly offs per month
