Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Pay: ₹1,80,000 - ₹2,04,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift Timing: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (US Shift)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Medical Data Entry Professional with at least 1 year of experience in medical data annotation and document review. The ideal candidate should have a background in medical or pharmaceutical sciences and possess strong skills in medical data management and regulatory guidelines. This role is specifically for night shift workers (US shift), and it is a permanent, work-from-home position.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and Annotate Medical Documents:
- Accurately review and annotate medical documents and patient records.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Apply knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH, and GCP guidelines to medical data management tasks.
Clinical Data Management:
- Perform clinical data management activities and ensure quality and integrity during the entry and annotation process.
Patient Report Handling:
- Efficiently handle and process patient reports while maintaining data accuracy.
Data Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that data entered and annotated is of high quality and meets the required standards.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma (Medical or Pharmaceutical background required).
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical data annotation and document review.
- Experience with regulatory guidelines such as FDA, EMA, ICH, and GCP.
- Proficiency in Clinical Data Management and handling patient reports.
Shift Requirements:
- Mandatory experience working night shifts (US shift: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
Other Requirements:
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Candidates must have a medical background and prior medical data annotation experience.

Technical Requirements:

Laptop/Desktop:
- Windows (i5 or higher, 8GB RAM minimum).
Screen:
- Minimum 14 inches, Full HD (1920×1080).
Internet Speed:
- 100 Mbps or higher.
