???? Key Responsibilities:

Media Monitoring & Analysis:

  • Use RSS reader software (e.g., Feedly) to review and identify relevant media articles.
  • Conduct Google News searches for relevant content.
  • Utilize broadcast monitoring tools (e.g., Critical Mention) to collect media clips.
  • Generate email-based alerts using pre-defined templates.

Data Collection & Research:

  • Support data collection, cleaning, and synthesis for research and measurement initiatives.
  • Participate in traditional & social landscape analyses for clients and new business.
  • Evaluate owned and competitor social media channels.
  • Perform regular data pulls from social listening topics for monitoring reports.

Troubleshooting & Support:

  • Assist in troubleshooting issues with maintenance projects.

???? Qualifications & Skills Required:

???? Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Google News searches for news content.
  • Experience using RSS platforms (e.g., Feedly).
  • Preferred: Experience with broadcast monitoring platforms (e.g., Critical Mention).
  • Experience in Media Monitoring & Social Listening tools (e.g., Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, LexisNexis, Cision, Newswhip).

???? Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Strong data analysis & insight extraction skills.

???? Communication & Work Flexibility:

  • Strong written & spoken English (US English).
  • Willingness to work US hours (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
  • Ability to work independently and act on constructive feedback.
