About the Role

As a Media & Graphics Design Analyst (QA Specialist), you will be responsible for auditing website content and marketing campaigns across multiple markets. Your primary focus will be ensuring content accuracy, compliance, and quality by adhering to quality management processes.


Key Responsibilities

Audit & Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct audits for all types of content and campaigns using standard checklists.

  • Ensure accuracy, timely completion, and adherence to client requirements.

  • Track and report audit results, ensuring clear feedback on errors.

  • Identify common defects and suggest corrective measures for continuous improvement.

Process & Documentation:

  • Maintain and update audit checklists, communicating changes to the team.

  • Adhere to the established audit framework for consistent quality checks.

  • Document audit outcomes, feedback, and improvements as required.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and interact with senior stakeholders.

  • Provide coaching to team members to improve output quality.

  • Flag operational risks and contribute to improving audit processes.

  • Ensure alignment with global teams by being flexible with shift hours.


What We Are Looking For

???? Functional Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in content and campaign management.

  • At least 2 years in quality processes as an auditor, preferably in content management.

  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

???? Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in content/campaign management systems such as:

    • SDL Tridion

    • AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)

    • ACM (Adobe Campaign Manager)

    • SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for content checks.

???? Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

  • Ability to coach and guide team members for better quality outcomes.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of audit processes.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work shift hours for complete overlap with global stakeholders.

  • Proactive Mindset: Self-starter with the ability to follow-up and achieve closure on pending tasks.
