???? About the Target+ Team:

The Target+ team is focused on delivering timely, accurate, and professional operational support to both internal and external partners. As an Operations Analyst, you will help improve partner experience and overall operational performance through deep analysis, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Manage support queues and execute well-defined partner support processes.
Analyze guest and partner support data to identify key trends and develop actionable insights.
Monitor operational KPIs such as order defect rates, delivery times, and regional trends.
Provide recommendations and implement action plans based on support and operations analysis.
Triage and resolve order pipeline issues affecting guest experience.
Deliver enhancement projects aimed at improving partner experiences or streamlining internal operations.

✅ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (4-year college degree).
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or business analytics.
- Experience in digital retail and/or marketplaces strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data visualization tools like Domo (or similar).
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and curiosity.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and precision.
