Position: Marketing Data Analyst
Location: Delhi, Delhi (Hybrid – Gurgaon office)

Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹32,000 per month

✅ Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze campaign performance data from platforms like Facebook Ad Manager to assess effectiveness.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key performance metrics.
✅ Optimization & Strategy:
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizing campaigns.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance, including A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting strategies, and messaging.
✅ Collaboration:
Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to refine ads using data insights.
Conduct in-depth analysis of specific campaigns or metrics to support strategic decisions.
???? Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (Required).
???? Experience:
2-4 years of experience in marketing, data analysis, or a similar role.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (CTR, CPL, CPC, ROAS).
Familiarity with Facebook Ad Manager (Experience with Motion is a plus).
???? Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
