Team Overview:

The Market Research team at MMIT supports both qualitative and quantitative research functions, offering strategic insights and data analysis to pharmaceutical clients. The team’s mission aligns with Norstella’s overarching goal: Smoothing access to therapies.

Position Responsibilities:

Develop and structure multi-stakeholder surveys to uncover market insights
Cleanse and analyze qualitative & quantitative data using statistical techniques
Generate visual reports and slide templates to convey findings clearly
Identify key trends and align insights to client research goals
Craft actionable narratives and executive summaries for client deliverables
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality in final client reports
Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend enhancements in content and process
Build therapeutic area knowledge and support strategy development

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree (from a top institution preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years in market research, pharma/biotech, consulting, product management, or related fields
Proven experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative research data
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Survey writing and pharmaceutical/managed care industry experience preferred
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Ability to deliver client-ready reports and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
