NES Fircroft is expanding its team and is looking for a Market Research Analyst to join our efforts in driving intelligent diversification and sales strategies. The primary responsibility of the Market Research Analyst is to assist the Market Research team by producing valuable written content that supports the design, implementation, and reporting of global and industry-specific sales strategies, projects, and initiatives.

???? Key Responsibilities

In-Depth Research: Conduct research on clients, industries, projects, and competitors to support diversification and sales strategies.
Reporting & Content Creation: Manage monthly/quarterly reports and newsletters. Create insightful written content on prospective customers, industry sectors, and trends.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation initiatives, campaigns, and tools to generate high-quality leads.
Sales Planning Support: Analyze data and combine market and client insights to provide actionable intelligence for sales planning.
Project Mapping & Prospect Lists: Create project maps and targeted prospect lists aligned with business objectives using various resources.
Contact Information Gathering: Collect comprehensive contact details for outreach, including key decision-makers, hiring managers, and influencers.

Skills & Experience:
- Strong research and writing skills to produce accurate and compelling content.
- Creative thinking with the ability to come up with new ideas and approaches.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify and communicate industry trends.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail and clear outputs.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and maintain international relationships.
Education & Experience:
- A degree or equivalent is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in content writing or research.
- Knowledge of companies, markets, and energy sectors is highly desirable.
