Job Purpose

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) operates exchanges and clearing houses across North America, Europe, and Asia, providing risk solutions across multiple asset classes and time zones.

As a Market Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily cleared product settlement pricing and product listings on the ICE trading platform. This role involves analyzing pricing data, generating daily closing prices for Futures and Options, and ensuring data integrity within settlement operations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Analyze pricing data to identify trends and fair valuations across asset markets including Energy, Interest Rates, Agriculture, Equity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, FX, and Physical Environmental products.
✅ Generate daily closing prices for cleared forward and option contracts.
✅ Support and maintain existing ICE products.
✅ Collaborate with Sales, Development, QA, and Operations teams.
✅ Produce periodic reports, update internal procedures, and assist with special projects.
✅ Provide front-line customer support related to cleared product pricing.
✅ Review daily reports covering settlement exit criteria, price fidelity, and fixing reports.
✅ Act as the first line of contact for Risk inquiries related to Risk Factor reports and monitor threshold breaches.
✅ Track market calibration levels and suggest reviews/changes with justifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

???? Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of analytical experience in a relevant role.

???? Technical & Market Knowledge:

Strong Excel skills (Visual Basic or other analytical applications preferred).
Experience working with large Excel datasets.
Commodity markets or financial trading experience preferred.
Knowledge of futures and options market structure & pricing.

???? Soft Skills & Work Approach:

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Professional customer-facing skills for handling client interactions.
Flexibility to work outside normal business hours if required.
