Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Techno-Commercial Sales Leader to join our high-performing Agency Sales team in India.

In this role, you will:
Drive strategic sales growth & customer engagement in the assigned market
✔ Focus on APIs, next-gen retailing, and digital transformation strategies
✔ Lead the strategic engagement of large & fast-growing customers
✔ Execute sales strategies & optimize performance
✔ Foster a technology-first sales culture with a solutions mindset

???? Frequent travel is required for this role.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

✅ Develop & execute a territory sales strategy to drive revenue growth
✅ Manage new sales, renewals, and market share expansion
✅ Conduct market landscape analysis & risk assessment to identify top opportunities

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

✅ Build & maintain strong customer relationships at various levels
✅ Position Sabre as an innovative leader in the travel technology space
✅ Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery, consulting) to align strategies

Sales Management & Negotiations

✅ Negotiate profitable contracts to maximize revenue
✅ Provide accurate revenue forecasts & pipeline projections
✅ Sell new solutions to existing & new customers to achieve sales targets

Collaboration & Leadership

✅ Work closely with regional and global stakeholders
✅ Influence cross-functional teams in a global matrix organization
✅ Develop and execute long-term commercial strategies


Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

???? Degree in a relevant field
???? Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience

Technical & Industry Knowledge

✔ Extensive understanding of the market landscape (key players, trends, challenges)
✔ Strong knowledge of the travel/hospitality industry and/or enterprise software
✔ Proven experience in selling & negotiating high-value deals

Key Skills & Competencies

Leadership & strategic sales planning experience
Strong relationship-building & customer acquisition skills
Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
Ability to influence cross-functional teams
