How Will You Make an Impact in This Role?

As a Product Manager in the Platform Services & Strategy (PSS) team, under Acquisitions Platforms Strategy (APS), you will:

✅ Execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the PSS team.
✅ Lead a high-performing and agile team of product owners and analysts.
✅ Partner with Technology, UX Design, Compliance, Risk, Data Privacy, Analytics, and Business teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
✅ Drive global orchestration capabilities and streamline acquisition journey requirements.
✅ Lead compliance-driven initiatives across multiple platforms, markets, and products.


Key Responsibilities

???? Product Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and drive the global orchestration roadmap to support market and acquisition journey needs.
  • Lead compliance-driven initiatives to enhance controls and reduce risks across platforms.
  • Define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to balance innovation with efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce friction, optimize automation, and increase revenue.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to standardize global orchestration capabilities.

???? Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Own key stakeholder relationships across journey experience, compliance, data privacy, and engineering.
  • Partner with Market Foundations and Product Teams to identify discovery outcomes and feature backlog.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies with the Release Train Engineer (RTE).

???? Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use data and analytics to enhance products, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Conduct product discovery by forming hypotheses, defining objectives, and analyzing trade-offs.

???? Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Owners and Data Analysts.
  • Foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.

Minimum Qualifications

???? Education & Experience

  • Product Management experience in an Agile environment with data products and platforms.
  • Proven ability to execute against a product vision, strategy, and prioritized backlog.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

???? Technical & Business Acumen

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.
  • Experience managing cross-team product discovery and development.
