Role Summary:

As part of the Analytics & Data Science team, you will work closely with business leadership to execute the analytics agenda and provide insights that drive long-term business performance. You will develop and implement customized models and algorithms to uncover trends and signals, contributing to strategic projects that generate business results.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business Leadership:
- Work closely with leadership teams to execute the business analytics agenda and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
Identify and Build External Partnerships:
- Partner with top external stakeholders in the category to drive delivery in strategic projects.
Develop Analytical Models:
- Create and implement customized models and algorithms to identify trends and patterns that can drive long-term business performance.
Execute Analytics Program Agenda:
- Implement a structured and methodical approach to the business analytics agenda, ensuring that key stakeholders understand the value of the analytics provided.

Skills and Experience Required:

Data Analytics Expertise:
- Ability to use data analysis to make recommendations to senior leaders.
Analytical Best Practices:
- Experience in technical functions that apply the best practices of category analytics.
Deployment of Analytical Approaches:
- Proven experience in deploying new analytical approaches in complex, matrixed organizations.
Business Impact:
- Knowledge of using analytics techniques to drive business impact.

Educational Qualifications:

A relevant educational background, with a focus on analytics, data science, or a related field.
