???? Role Overview:

As a Project Analyst, you will work closely with key stakeholders and teams to support the successful execution of projects by managing the scoping, planning, and delivery phases. You will capture project requirements, facilitate workshops, develop solutions, and track progress to ensure alignment with business objectives.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
Identify and capture core requirements of each approved project activity using standard delivery templates such as BRS, Shaping Documents, Requirements Traceability Matrix, etc.
Workshops & Sessions Facilitation:
Coordinate and facilitate scoping workshops and requirements capture sessions with stakeholders, project managers, technical SMEs, security teams, and third-party vendors.
Project Support & Management:
Assist project managers with the preparation and shaping of high-level solution designs, scoping statements, business cases, change request papers, process maps, and service operations handover guides.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the entire delivery team, tech security leadership, and colleagues across tech security.
Dashboard Reporting:
Provide regular progress updates and analysis through dashboard reporting to ensure transparency and effective decision-making.
Risk & Issue Management:
Raise and track risks and issues at the program, portfolio, and project levels to maintain smooth delivery processes.
Business Benefits Tracking:
Develop and maintain a Business Benefits Register/Log to assess the value delivered by projects.
Strategic Planning:
Create and maintain a long-range plan of viable projects based on thorough cost/benefit analysis, in line with legal, regulatory, and business drivers.

???? Qualifications & Skills Required:

Experience:
5+ years of relevant professional experience in project analysis, management, or related fields.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
- Proficient understanding of SAFE agile methodologies and ceremonies.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all management levels.
- Strategic planning and governance experience in project initiation and execution.
Teamwork:
Ability to be an effective team player and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
