About the Role: Manager, Audit Analytics

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Data & Analytics in Audit

Translate business risks, controls, and data into analytic insights.
Apply advanced data algorithms, analytics, and modeling techniques to improve audit processes.
Leverage machine learning to identify patterns, trends, and early warnings related to customer behavior.
Develop and implement predictive analytics and proactive risk assessment models.

✔️ Technology & Data Science

Work with Python (scikit, nltk, pandas, numpy), Apache Spark, PySpark, and SQL/Hive QL.
Develop data visualization dashboards using Tableau, Power BI.
Write, debug, and compile code for machine learning models.
Build automated audit analytics solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

✔️ Strategic Insights & Business Impact

Prototype use cases for advanced analytics and assess results.
Support other managers and team members with subject matter expertise.
Continuously research and experiment with cutting-edge techniques to drive innovation.
Link data insights to strategic business initiatives.

✔️ Leadership & Collaboration

Lead multiple simultaneous audit projects across various business areas.
Provide clear, actionable insights for business partners.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations with clarity and integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

???? Education & Experience:

Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
3-4 years of experience in data analytics, audit analytics, or machine learning.
Experience in financial services industry preferred.

???? Technical Expertise:

Strong Python skills (scikit, nltk, pandas, numpy).
Hands-on experience with SQL, Hive QL, Tableau, Power BI.
Knowledge of advanced analytics methods (machine learning, forecasting, clustering, pattern matching).
Familiarity with Big Data environments and tools.

???? Preferred Skills:

Excellent storytelling and data visualization skills.
Ability to translate complex data insights into business decisions.
Proven track record of leveraging analytics to drive business improvements.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
