Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
✅ Provide accurate information about services and products.
✅ Identify customer needs and resolve issues using problem-solving skills.
✅ Maintain customer records and update the system with relevant information.
✅ Follow up with customers on pending issues or queries.
✅ Meet or exceed performance goals related to call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction.
✅ Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and experience.

Qualifications & Skills

???? Education:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

???? Experience:
✔ Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus.

???? Communication & Technical Skills:
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
✔ Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.

⏰ Work Flexibility:
✔ Ability to work in different shifts (night shifts, weekends, morning shifts).
✔ Capability to handle challenging situations with empathy and patience.

Preferred Skills

✔ Knowledge of CRM software.
✔ Multilingual candidates preferred (English, Spanish, French, etc.).
✔ Experience with upselling or sales (for BPO sales roles).
