Shift and Schedule: Day shift (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
MAK Kotwal Realty is a leading real estate firm specializing in high-end luxury properties in South Mumbai. We offer prime real estate opportunities and focus on building long-term client relationships.
We are hiring for Real Estate Sales positions with the following responsibilities:
Position: 02 open positions
Experience: 1 to 6+ years (Freshers can apply)
Client Engagement: Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs.
Property Information: Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and market trends.
Site Visits: Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients.
Luxury Real Estate: Handle high-end luxury projects in South Mumbai, with properties priced from ₹7 Cr to ₹70 Cr and upwards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required). Minimum 70% preferred in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
Experience:
Total work experience: 1 year (Required)
Real estate sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Compensation Package: Up to ₹12,00,000 per year + Performance bonus.
Work Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
