Job Summary

KLDiscovery is seeking an entry-level Hosting Data Analyst/Litigation Support Analyst to join their team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are interested in starting a career in legal technology. The role involves working with cross-functional teams and assisting customers with data-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Work as part of a team, collaborating with other departments such as Engineering, IT, and Project Management.
Extract, transform, and load data to hosted platforms using custom plugins or flat files.
Provide superior customer service, assisting clients through telephone, email, and screen shares on various tasks and requests.
Create accounts and send invitations to end-users, including providing platform walkthroughs when requested.
Create databases and establish permissions for customer use prior to providing credentials.
Investigate client inquiries related to printing, search results/creation, technical issues, and other matters.
Manage tasks from the internal task system, adhering to service-level agreements (SLA).
Attend team meetings and company town-halls for ongoing updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of professional experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
Critical thinking skills and the ability to follow complex work instructions.
High technical aptitude with a quick ability to learn new systems and processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
